trouble on 95 on the southbound lanes at route 100. we have another accident in baltimore on pulaski highway. if you are traveling 95 in white marsh it's going to take you the normal 15 minutes to travel down into the city. here's a live look at 695 in parkville. i've been seeing a lot of lightning strikes. slow down with extra came. no delays heading up towards towson. that's a look at your time saver traffic. finally, that's what many have been saying after news broke just after midnight that the nfl and league referees have reached a deal ending the stalemate that could have done damage to the national football league. the refs are getting to work immediately and baltimore, they have a game tonight.

>> the ref's first game will be the ravens game when they host the cleveland browns. those replacement refs would have been on the field had the nfl not reached this tentative agreement. you remember what happened monday night when things came to a boiling point. the replacement refs were underfire for the questionable call that gave the sea hawks the win over the green way packers. for weeks now coaches, players and fans have been frustrated with the officiating by the replacement refs. this tentative 8 year deal gives the regular e refs, better way, pension and benefit packages. football fans and ravens fans, they couldn't have come sooner. >> i'm looking to what they have to bring back in relationship to what we've had the past couple of weeks. the strikes, you know, i'm glad it's over. but it's something that they felt they had to do, and, you

know, they're officiating million dollar players. >> the real refs will be back on the field tonight for their first assignment at m and t bank when the ravens host the cleveland browns and we've learned they'll be o -- officiating all of sunday's game. a 4-year-old boy and his mother were shot in north baltimore and police are searching for a person of interest in this case. sherrie johnson joins us now with more on this story. >> reporter: tonight people in the better waverly community are coming together to talk about crime and safety. this meeting was planned before the shootings happened last night but of course this latest incident will be the main point of conversation. officers at the police department are searching for a person of interest in this case. the shooting happened to a 4- year-old boy and his 33-year- old mother were shot during what police say was a domestic dispute. officers responded in the better waverly community. the 4-year-old son was shot in

the hip and the mother in the upper arm. neighbors tell abc 2 news that a s. w. a. t. team was called to the same home about two weeks ago in the incident. the community meeting runs from 6:30 to 8 at 1101 he's 33rd 33rd street for the better waverly community to talk about crime and safety. and mary pat clark, state delegates and police police officers will be on hand to answer questions. news around the nation, the question has come through a source of legend, this is where the body of jimmy hoffa, police in michigan they can answer that after all of this time. tomorrow with a dig in roseville michigan, investigators recently got a tip from what they're calling a credible source saying that hoffa's body was buried at this home, the same time the former teamsters boss disappeared in

september. this is more than a dusting. the snow hit the peaks, higher than 9000 feet in altitude but averaged 4 to 5 inches off the peaks, so much snow people went in the dark. >> do you like that, doesn't it get you excited for winter. >> i kind of am this year because it was so dry, so i actually want to see at least one or two good snowstorms this year. we'll see how that goes. that's good news in colorado, utah, definitely needed their snow for the wet weather because they have had the drought across that area. we have showers now feeding in across the area and we are going to be hit with some wet weather this morning. that's exactly what we're getting in cecil county. on the backside of that, we will dry out and have another round as we go through the rest of the morning and a possibility of some showers as we go into the afternoon. heading out to the football game. here's that forecast for you. mild with showers possible with those winds out of the east at 5 to 10 miles per hour. it's going to be a good game
